Custom Shape Pros stands by our products and brand experience.

If you are not satisfied with your Custom Shape Pros purchase, simply initiate your product return within 30 days from receipt of the order to receive a full refund. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging.

Returned shipments will be at the customer’s expense and some items such as custom made items are non-returnable.
